Cancellation Policy:
Any AIG Travel Assist, Inc. membership up to one year in duration may be cancelled within the first thirty (30) days of the membership period subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Under no circumstances will any payment be refunded after the expiration of such (30) thirty-day period. If a member has purchased services or completed any transactions with suppliers as a benefit of their membership within the first (30) thirty days, no refund will be provided.
Multi-year memberships that are purchased will be refunded within (30) thirty days subject to a 25% cancellation, provided the member has not purchased services or completed any transactions with suppliers.
If a member chooses to cancel a multi-year membership at the end of one year, the amount of the membership fee paid less the full price of a one-year membership will be refunded.
After the effective date of Assistance Memberships, no refunds shall be allowed. Likewise, no refunds shall
be provided for Memberships of less than one-year duration nor for Membership programs which include free offers or components.
Notwithstanding the first sentence of the preceding paragraph, AIG Travel Assist, Inc. will attempt to accommodate Members who present satisfactory evidence that their trips covered by Assistance Memberships have been cancelled and rescheduled by transferring their unused Assistance Memberships to rescheduled or future trips.
